To be honest I didn’t pay attention to anything this NZ Music Month. Music has really slowed down (for me personally) these past couple years.. no longer regulating gigs, or hunting for the next best thing.. instead it’s the old on repeat, and new discoveries for once-was bands. Bringing back the past, here is a video from Good Shirt singing ‘Artichoke’ they played at Live at the Lounge years and years ago.. I remember watching it on C4 when it first aired (and never aired again) thinking fuck what was that song? I must hear it again..
and here we are today. NZ Music Month, a good reason for you to listen to this song. Now I am happy.
